I love it when people who are far more eloquent than I sit down and publish a well written article discussing a topic that I've been thinking long and hard on. Not only does it save me the work of actually penning the article and later typing it out (yes, I still use pens and paper for 90% of my blog posts), but it gives me the opportunity to confirm or validate my initial ideas.
Paul Ford wrote a great piece called "The Web Is A Customer Service Medium" where he discusses some of the problems people have when designing for the web. I can't count the number of times I've hit this wall with some employers, and it's nice to see that I'm not the only one.
Another great post, which I plan to expand on early next week, asks the eternal question: "Why should I use this tablet instead of an iPad?" With the plethora of offerings at the Consumer Electronics Show this year, this is a question that many consumers will likely ask as electronics stores around the world fill up with alternatives to last year's model of Apple's newest product.
Both are excellent reads. If you have ten minutes to read and a few minutes to contemplate the articles afterwards (which is just as important as the actual reading, I think), I strongly suggest you spend the time.
