A carpenter with only a handsaw and Phillips Head screwdriver can accomplish a great deal, though it will take him several times as long as someone with the full array of tools at their disposal. While I am no carpenter, this is the situation that I have found myself in for just over a year as I try to jump into a more serious iOS development role.
