What it is
Tactico is tic-tac-toe with a twist: each player can only keep three marks on the board. Place a fourth, and your oldest mark disappears before the new move is checked. Squares you thought were locked down open back up, old traps vanish, and every round turns into a quick fight for position.
Then there's the clock. Every turn has a hard time limit — move quickly or lose the round on the spot. Set the turn length, choose best-of-3 or best-of-5, and a full match takes just a few minutes. Play against the CPU, or set an iPhone or iPad on a table and pass it back and forth with a friend.
It's built to feel quick, clean, and a little retro: neon visuals, upbeat 80s-style music, simple sound effects, and no clutter.
